Job summary

Kreyco seeks an on-site K-5th Grade Swahili Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Compensation ranges from $400 to $1,100 weekly, with daytime availability required and no night or weekend classes.

The role is a 1099 independent contractor position, with a strong emphasis on delivering engaging language instruction. Teachers receive a comprehensive curriculum, supervision and mentoring support, and access to free professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience teaching Swahili or world language a plus.
• Ability to work on-site Monday to Friday during daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Teach K-5th grade Swahili on-site at participating schools.
• Deliver daytime lessons M-F, adhere to the curriculum and pacing guides.
• Coordinate with supervisors and mentors in the network and complete background checks as part of onboarding.
