Job summary

The position involves writing and updating IEPs, managing the SPED process, and providing IEP minutes and consultation, with a caseload comprising push-in and pull-out services. Compensation ranges from $52,820.50 to $74,181.00.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field.
• Missouri certification in special education.
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience in SPED or general education.
• Experience with grades K-5.
• Experience serving students with disabilities.
• Proficient using Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, SpedTrack.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional assessment of each child's strengths and weaknesses.
• Provide direct and consult services per IEPs.
• As required, update students' IEPs with present levels, goals, and progress.
• Attend IEP meetings, staff meetings, and trainings.
• Operate as an employee of the assigned school.
• Communicate with parents and staff as needed.
• Submit billing in a timely manner.
• Other duties as specified by the supervisor.
