Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 3 years teaching or district experience.
• Teacher Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops job-embedded professional learning aligned to curriculum, including slides, activities, and assessments.
• Supports development of teacher-facing curriculum materials aligned to district instructional expectations.
• Evaluates curriculum for rigor, clarity, and cultural relevance.
• Participates in PLC/brain trust sessions to refine curriculum and instructional practices.
• Attends and contributes to TEKS-aligned professional development.
• Collaborate with teachers and leaders to support implementation.
