Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–4 years experience as a Literacy coach and 4 years teaching K‑5 Literacy.
• Experience facilitating teacher teams/groups to achieve student outcomes.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, organization, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers and school leaders in creating culturally responsive lessons.
• Develop customized instructional coaching plans based on a structured needs assessment.
• Build trusting relationships with partners to empower continuous growth.
