Job summary

Fairfield City School District is seeking an Intervention Specialist for a long-term substitute position at Fairfield Compass Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Ohio teaching certificate/license in Special Education or appropriate substitute license.
• Cross-categorical assignment in resource rooms and/or inclusionary settings.
• Attend IEP, ETR, and other meetings as set by principals and/or Special Services.
• Licensed in grade level, subject and student population.

Responsibilities

• Participate in IEP/ETR meetings and collaborate with general and special education staff.
• Support students in resource rooms and inclusion settings with appropriate accommodations.
