Cabot After School, Inc. in Newtonville, MA is seeking part-time K-5 educators to join CASP. You’ll lead groups, support social and emotional growth, and deliver curricula in arts, STEAM, and recreation after the school day.

The role offers 23 hours per week with 5 days options, and pay of $22–$25 per hour. A HS diploma is required and a Bachelor's degree is preferred; reliable scheduling is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 5–11 in schools or camps is preferred.
• HS diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Commitment to a consistent, reliable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage groups of children in fun, enriching activities.
• Support social and emotional growth.
• Create and deliver curriculum in arts, STEAM, and recreation.
• Support academic skills and reading development.
• Supervise and participate in freeplay and recreational time.
