Job summary

Lebanon School District in Lebanon, PA is seeking a dedicated paraprofessional to support young learners and teaching staff in daily classroom activities. You’ll encourage students, assist with lessons, and provide a steady, kind presence to help every child feel seen and capable.

In this role you’ll collaborate with teachers, help manage classroom routines, and contribute to a welcoming school culture that promotes safety, inclusion, and positive learning experiences for all students.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have either an associate degree or 48 college credits, or test with us and pass to become highly qualified
• Applicants who accept the K4 Paraprofessional position by passing the highly qualified test, must commit to earning and maintaining a Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate.
• The following background clearances are required: Act 151, Act 34, Act 24, and FBI clearance
• Must have and maintain a current Child CPR/First Aid Certification
• Experience working with children preferred, but not required
• Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
