Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Student Success Coach to work on-site across multiple campuses in the United States. You will coach K-3 students in groups and one-on-one, using life-skill workshops to foster confidence, focus, and communication.

The role emphasizes measurable outcomes and high expectations in a dynamic, technologie-driven environment. You will lead engaging workshops, leverage Coachbot analytics, and partner with families to help every child achieve ambitious weekly goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with children aged 4–9.
• Experience leading group activities for young children.

Responsibilities

• Lead life-skills workshops for K-3 students.
• Coach students one-on-one and in small groups for weekly goals.
• Assess life-skill mastery using Alpha's framework.
• Adapt coaching style to developmental needs of the cohort.
• Build supportive relationships to encourage high achievement.
