Alpha is hiring an Elementary Learning Coach to guide K-3 students through app-based core learning, diagnose gaps, and push for weekly reading goals. You will stay with the same students all day, leading morning launches, literacy workshops, and check-chart activities that keep six-year-olds engaged.

The role is full-time on-site at an Alpha campus with relocation support. You’ll apply structured-literacy training to close gaps, report progress weekly, and help build a scalable literacy program.

Formación

• Willing to work on-site at a campus listed above, with relocation support.
• At least 3 years direct work with children 4-9 in teaching/coaching/tutoring.
• At least 2 years teaching reading in K-3 within the last 5 years.
• Bachelor's degree; teaching certificate not required.
• 70% of day guiding students through app-based learning; 30% targeted reading sessions.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Coach students through app-based core learning; spot gaps and unblock with targeted sequences.
• Run targeted structured-literacy sessions for 2–4 students and monitor transfer.
• Lead morning launch, life-skills workshops, and check-chart activities.
• Drive weekly app goals with school currency, leaderboards, and gamification.
• Stay with students through lunch, recess, closing, and reading interventions.
