Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a full-time, on-site role coaching K-3 students across campuses in Palo Alto, Malibu, and San Francisco. You will lead life-skills workshops, coach students individually and in groups, and use learning analytics to drive weekly goals.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years working with children aged 4-9, with a proven ability to motivate and engage. US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with children ages 4-9 in teaching, coaching, tutoring, camps, youth programs, or similar environments.
• Experience leading group activities for young children with demonstrated engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging life-skills workshops for K-3 students.
• Coach students one-on-one and in small groups using analytics and motivational systems.
• Assess life-skill mastery and coach until real understanding is shown.
