Qualifications

• Extensive experience advising and supporting educationally disadvantaged and/or academically at-risk students regarding postsecondary opportunities and careers.
• Extensive knowledge and experience working with educational equity programs serving a diverse student population.
• Advanced knowledge of K-14 education policies, equity issues, and college admissions and financial aid processes.
• Extensive supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualization, development and implementation of program services described in objectives.
• Collect, analyze and report data via annual performance reports and evaluation.
• Provide input on allocations of funds and program implementation to meet objectives.
• Supervise K-14 Academic Preparation professionals and support staff.
