• Maintains high expectations for learning and behavior.
• Ensures a safe and orderly classroom environment with routines and procedures.
• Demonstrates knowledge of national, state, and local standards.
• Proficient use of data to inform instruction.
• Develops and maintains records systems for group and individual progress.
• Establishes rapport and positive reinforcement.
• Interest in vocational training and supervising 10-12 students in vocational settings.
