Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in education, literacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum two years of work experience in an educational setting with a focus on literacy programs.
  • Experience developing and implementing project-based learning and high-yield educational activities.
  • Experience with databases and CRM systems to manage student information and track progress.

Responsibilities

  • Lead educational programs and activities with a primary focus on improving literacy for Kindergarten through second grade.
  • Develop project-based learning and high-yield activities to support academic success.
  • Establish and maintain safe, well-ventilated, well-lit program areas and proper storage of equipment.
  • Coordinate intervention schedules and daily programs to ensure efficient literacy support.
