Qualifications

• 5+ years of K-2 Literacy teaching with evidence of impact on student learning.
• 3+ years of instructional coaching or teacher leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instructional coaching to teachers aligned to priorities.
• Collaborate with school leaders to set instructional goals and strategies.
• Analyze data and develop comprehensive support plans for student achievement.
• Lead professional development sessions for groups of teachers.
• Document progress notes and deliverables following guidelines.
