Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred or currently enrolled in a master’s degree program.
• Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience, preferably Kindergarten through Grade 2.
• Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate instructional practices for early elementary students.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or providing instructional feedback to teachers.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Experience in an instructional coaching, instructional leadership, or similar role preferred.
• Provide instructional coaching and leadership to teachers across elementary content areas.
• Support instruction across multiple elementary content areas and differentiate instruction.
• Lead and facilitate adult learning and professional development for staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement curriculum, assessment, and data-driven instruction.
