Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
• Ability to analyze data in Excel or a comparable application.
• Demonstrated commitment to educational equity and inclusive hiring.

Responsibilities

• Develop year-round recruitment strategies to attract certified staff.
• Screen applications and coordinate interview panels.
• Ensure objective, equitable interview processes.
• Facilitate background checks and licensure verification.
• Coordinate onboarding with HR and academic leadership.
• Monitor data to forecast staffing needs and retention.
