• Establishes deliverables, timeframes, and budgets; tracks progress.
• Prepares and maintains project documentation (plans, schedules, budgets, status).
• Communicates task assignments and due dates clearly to the team.
• Monitors status, resolves risks and issues; escalates when needed.
• Facilitates team meetings and stakeholder updates.
