Job summary

Soliant in the United States is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a rewarding contract position in a school setting near Lock Haven, PA. You will work with students across elementary to high school (K–12) to maximize communication outcomes in a collaborative educational environment.

The role emphasizes evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and participation in IEP meetings, with a team-oriented approach to support students and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current PA state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
• Experience or interest in serving students from kindergarten through high school (K–12).
• Familiarity with IEPs and special education processes.
• Ability to tailor therapy sessions for varied age groups and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, interpretations, and diagnoses regarding students’ speech and language needs.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-12.
• Document progress and adjust goals following best clinical and educational practices.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings, write progress reports, and provide necessary recommendations.
• Support inclusive classroom practices and deliver both individual and group therapy sessions.
