Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university is preferred.
• Valid state teaching certificate as required by state regulations.
• Minimum of one year teaching experience preferred.
• State Teacher Certification types: Elementary, Secondary, and Special Teaching preferred.
• Endorsement: Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) preferred.
• Complies with all relevant standards of practice.
• Current CPR/health clearance as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality services to special education students K–12.
• Collaborate with general education staff to plan and implement student programs.
• Support instructional planning, tutorial assistance, and consultation with staff.
