Sage Connections is hiring a full-time W-2 Special Education Teacher to provide K-12 school-based services in Massachusetts for the 2026-2027 school year. Start ASAP with end date June 2027, onsite positions.

You will deliver instruction aligned with IEP goals, develop and implement IEPs, collaborate with general education teachers, and maintain accurate documentation while engaging families. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in special education, Massachusetts certification as a

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in special education or related field.
• Certification as a Special Education teacher in Massachusetts
• Knowledge in the area of developmental disabilities
• Familiar with special education assessment tools
• Knowledge of curriculum design and development
• Knowledge of MA Curriculum Frameworks and MCAS alternative assessments
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing the provision of Special Education and the Special Education process

Responsabilidades

• Deliver specially designed instruction aligned with IEP goals
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance
• Adapt curriculum and materials to meet diverse learning needs
• Participate and lead IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families
