Job summary

Unlimited Instruction, LLC is seeking an Instructional Assistant to support students in the Marysville/Arlington area. The IA will assist teachers, reinforce IEP goals, and help manage classrooms in various school settings.

The role involves instructional duties, student supervision, and collaboration with school staff to deliver effective services for students with special needs. This is a temporary assignment in multiple school levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One of: associate degree or higher, 48 semester hours, 72 quarter hours, or ParaPro exam.
• Ability to support instructional goals and assist in classroom activities.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students individually or in small groups under teacher direction.
• Assist with implementing IEP goals and classroom activities.
• Prepare lessons and adapt activities under supervision.
• Assist with student hygiene and behavior support as needed.
• Supervise students during transitions, recess, and field trips.
• Support documentation of student progress and assessments.
