Unlimited Instruction, LLC seeks a dedicated Instructional Assistant to support students in Union City, CA. The IA provides instructional assistance, reinforces positive behavior, and helps implement IEP goals in classrooms or related settings.

The role includes supervising students, assisting with materials, and supporting therapy activities while maintaining records and communicating with teachers. Minimum qualification is a high school diploma with additional paraprofessional credentials

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Additional diploma/degree preferred.
• Experience with paraprofessional exams is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Instruct students individually or in small groups under certificated supervision.
• Assist with implementing IEP goals and preparing instructional activities.
• Assist with lessons, homework, and computer usage for students.
• Monitor student progress and maintain classroom records.
• Support student discipline and safety during activities.
