Job summary

Unlimited Instruction, LLC seeks a dedicated Instructional Assistant to support students in Kyrene, AZ, across elementary to high school levels. The IA will provide instructional support, reinforce IEP goals, and work under a certified teacher’s supervision to promote student progress.

The role involves preparing materials, monitoring progress, supervising transitions, and assisting with hygiene and mobility needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Strong ability to work with diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students individually or in small groups under supervision.
• Assist in implementing IEP goals for each student.
• Prepare and adapt lessons and activities in collaboration with teachers.
• Supervise students during activities and transitions.
• Support with student hygiene and safety needs.
• Assist with classroom materials, bulletin boards, and record-keeping.
• Help with behavior management and positive reinforcement strategies.
• Support with exam/test administration and student progress monitoring.
