Soliant Health is partnering with a K-12 school district near North Dighton, MA to hire an SLPA. The position supports supervising SLPs by delivering targeted speech and language therapy sessions to students in need.

You'll work with students individually and in small groups, assist in data collection, and help maintain records while adhering to state guidelines and school policies. The role emphasizes collaboration, compassion, and promoting student confidence.

Qualifications

• Valid SLPA license or certification in the state of Massachusetts.
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and document student progress accurately.

• Passion for motivating and uplifting children of diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of speech and language therapy plans designed by supervising SLPs.
• Deliver individual or small group therapy sessions to students, both in and out of the classroom.
• Support data collection and progress tracking to monitor student outcomes.
• Collaborate with school staff and participate in team meetings as needed.
• Maintain organized records in compliance with school and state requirements.
• Encourage a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all students.
