Epic Special Education Staffing is partnering with a school district to fill a contract Sign Language Interpreter role for the 2026-2027 school year in Columbia, SC. This on-site, full-time position offers a 37.50 hour work week with pay ranging from $34.00 to $39.10 per hour on a local contract.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Sign Language Interpreter within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum).
• Valid Sign Language Interpreter credential/license or in process in state of practice.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. Sponsorship is not available at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide sign language interpretation in classrooms and school events as part of instructional staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct in all interactions.
