Epic Special Education Staffing partners with a school district to fill a contract Sign Language Interpreter position for the 2026-2027 school year in Columbia, SC. This is an on-site, full-time role offering 37.50 hours per week.

Qualified applicants will have at least one year of verifiable interpreting experience in the last three years and hold a valid Sign Language Interpreter credential or be in process; federal work eligibility is required and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Sign Language Interpreter within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid Sign Language Interpreter credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
