Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, intervention, and support services to students across all grades (K-12).
• Assess student needs and collaborate on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior plans.
• Serve as a liaison between families, teachers, administrators, and outside agencies.
• Deliver social-emotional learning strategies and advocate for student wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with school and state regulations.
• Participate in meetings, staff development, and parent conferences as needed.
