Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide services to K-12 students in Mishawaka, IN. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy aligned with IEP goals, collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in SLP or related field.
• Current SLP license in Indiana.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).
