Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 academic year to serve a K-12 population in Americus, GA. This full-time contract role offers 30 hours per week with the option to increase to 40 hours to meet district needs.

You will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, participate in IEP meetings, prepare reports, and provide counseling support and interventions. Collaboration with educators, families, and service providers is essential to student success.

Qualifications

• Valid Georgia School Psychologist Certification.
• Experience with K-12 students preferred.
• Strong evaluation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Provide input during IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers.
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and reports to support student growth.
• Offer consultative support for interventions and behavior strategies as needed.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized student plans.
• Contribute to problem-solving within multidisciplinary teams.
