Job summary

Vanir is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and direction of PMCM activities from initial project identification to closeout. The role may supervise project/field staff and consultants to meet owner requirements, cost, and schedule.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of PM experience in Education, strong mastery of master planning and cost controls, and proficiency in MS Office, Prolog, and Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; extensive related PM experience may substitute.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Manager experience in Education sector required.
• Knowledge of master planning, A/E solicitation, project development and cost controls required.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Prolog and Primavera required.
• Architect/PE registration preferred; Certified Construction Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primary liaison for owner and principal partner entities on contracts, design, and related deliverables.
• Develop project-specific procedures and documentation; consult Owner on contracts.
• Ensure compliance with construction/project requirements; manage data and approvals.
• Represent owner in meetings and public forums; lead project meetings.
• Oversee project controls, cost, scheduling, and closeout activities.
• Coordinate and monitor activities of CM staff, engineers, architects, and contractors.
