Job summary

Soliant in Maryland is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students in diverse school settings for the upcoming second semester. You will conduct evaluations, contribute to IEP goals, and provide direct therapy or consultative services to promote student independence and participation.

You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families, documenting progress and attending IEP meetings to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state OT license.
• Experience delivering OT services in a school setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with K-12 settings and IEP processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teachers, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT evaluations and interventions for K-12 students.
• Collaborate with educational teams to develop and monitor IEP goals.
• Offer direct therapy and consultative services based on student needs.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records for IEP meetings.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to program planning.
• Engage with students, staff and families to ensure coordinated care.
