Job summary

Bentley School is seeking a qualified School Nurse to serve as the primary clinical practitioner for the K-12 program on the Oakland campus. You will provide direct student care, manage health office operations, and lead emergency response efforts.

The role requires a BSN and an active California RN license, with ability to travel to Lafayette as needed. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 and includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current RN license in the State of California.
• Valid California Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing assessment, first aid, acute medical care, and triage for students, faculty and staff.
• Dispense and manage medications per physician orders and state standards.
• Develop and manage Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) for students with chronic conditions.
• Serve as liaison to Alameda County Public Health Department for reportable diseases.
