Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to provide school-based therapy in a public school setting.

CF supervision is available and compliant with ASHA/state guidelines. Roles include evaluating, planning, and delivering SLP services with IEP-aligned goals across K-12 in various districts. Local travel or remote options may apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility in progress.
• CCC certification preferred but not required for CF candidates.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat students with communication disorders (articulation, language, fluency, voice).
• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Write measurable goals and track progress.
• Support students using AAC devices and strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Maintain required documentation and adhere to policies.
• Apply current best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active state license

CCC/CFC certification (CCC preferred)
