Job summary

Alliance Architects is seeking an experienced K-12 building project architect to design and deliver school facilities. The role focuses on physical school buildings and coordinating from schematic design through construction administration, with emphasis on collaboration with consultants and school districts.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in K-12 projects, a degree in Architecture, and ideally licensure or active pursuit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience on K-12 facilities.
• Experience delivering ground-up and renovation K-12 buildings.
• Architectural license preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
• Proficiency in Revit for architectural production and coordination.
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• This individual leads and coordinates the architectural design and construction of K-12 facilities, from schematic design through construction administration.
• Produce and coordinate architectural documents, collaborating with consultants, and supporting construction activities in the field.
• Build and maintains long-term relationships with school districts, contractors, consultants, and public agencies.
