Job summary

Concorde Education is seeking independent instructional contractors to provide robotics coding enrichment services for K–12 students at partner schools. These are contract assignments, not employee positions, with assignments varying by school, schedule, and objectives.

Contractors may use curriculum guidance and customize instruction within site requirements, and will be paid per completed instructional hour, typically around $50+, with payment on a regular schedule.

Qualifications

• 60 college credits (as required by assignment)
• Experience with educational robotics platforms (LEGO Education, Sphero, Ozobot, VEX or similar)
• Experience teaching, tutoring, coaching, mentoring school-age students
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom facilitation skills
• Availability to support accepted assignment schedule and communicate issues promptly
• Familiarity with Chromebooks/tablets and coding tools

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate engaging robotics coding sessions for students
• Introduce foundational programming and robotics concepts through hands-on learning
• Adapt instruction based on student levels and site requirements
• Guide students through coding, testing, debugging, and problem solving
• Maintain a safe, respectful, age-appropriate learning environment
• Communicate assignment needs or concerns with Concorde Education and school staff
• Complete a brief session completion form after each session
• Follow site safety, visitor, technology, and student-protection procedures
