Job summary

Anova Education is seeking a Full-Time Homebased and Homebound Special Education Teacher in Williamsburg, VA to provide specially designed instruction for students K–12 with diverse needs. This role includes virtual and in-person instruction, coordination of IEPs, and progress monitoring. The ideal candidate should possess a valid Virginia teaching license and have experience with various disabilities. Qualifications

• Experience working with students with diverse disabilities in individualized and/or alternative educational settings.
• Proficiency in using educational technology, including virtual conferencing tools and digital curriculum.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction through multiple modalities including virtual and in-person visits.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student attendance, progress, and services.
• Conduct routine check-ins with students and families to monitor well-being.
