Job summary

PROCEDEO Group is seeking an Owner’s Representative to oversee K-12 education projects in the DFW area. You will advocate for the owner, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with architects and contractors, and ensure contracts and standards are met on-site.

The role emphasizes proactive risk identification, clear communication with client representatives, and strong on-site collaboration to drive successful project outcomes from programming through closeout.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple construction projects across budgets, schedules, scope and quality.
• Knowledge of CM processes, contracts, permitting, change management and project controls.
• Experience supporting K-12 or public sector projects with campus operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project delivery across scope, cost, schedule, quality and information management.
• Oversee contracts with architects, consultants, and contractors and coordinate with site leadership.
• Review invoices, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with project controls and change procedures.
• Prepare monthly progress updates and communicate risks and delays to supervisors.
