Formación

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in education or a related field.
• You will deliver research-based professional development to teachers that they can use immediately after training.
• You will help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years.
• You will represent Time To Teach with the three P's: personality, professionalism, and passion for educators you serve.
• You are self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• You seek work that fits your life, with many trainers keeping their full-time positions.

Job Description

Time To Teach is building out our national team of trainers, and we are looking for experienced K-12 educators to deliver the classroom management and student engagement training we have been refining since 1993. More than 400,000 educators in all 50 states have been through this training, with content that traces its roots to the work of Dr. Madeline Hunter and Coach John Wooden at UCLA. The content is proven. The materials are done. What we need is the right person standing in front of the room.

This is flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor work built to fit around a full-time job, a family, or a retirement you are actually enjoying. No quotas. No curriculum to write. No business to build from scratch. You bring the classroom experience and the credibility. We bring everything else.

The Fine Print:

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity, not a salaried position. Trainers are paid per event, and earnings vary based on individual effort, experience, availability, and engagement. New trainers complete Time To Teach certification before delivering their first event.
