Job summary

Time To Teach seeks experienced K-12 educators to join our national trainer team as flexible, remote-friendly independent contractors. You bring classroom credibility and the desire to help others succeed, while we provide ready-to-deliver materials, trainer certification, and a supportive network.

You will deliver professional development to teachers, strengthen classroom strategies, and draw on decades of content developed since 1993. New trainers complete certification before first event.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Ability to present, train, coach and lead adult learners.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Flexible work that fits around your current position or retirement.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development to teachers.
• Strengthen classroom management, instruction and student engagement using long‑standing methods.
• Draw on real‑world experience to support public, private and charter schools nationwide.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism and passion.
