Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role fits around a full-time job or retirement, with no quotas and ready-to-deliver materials.

You will deliver PD, strengthen classroom strategies, and serve schools nationwide, drawing on your real-world experience. You bring credibility; we provide the rest.

Qualifications

• Must be a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Enjoys presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners in front of a room.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Time To Teach is growing our national team of trainers, and we are looking for experienced K-12 educators to deliver the classroom management and student engagement training we have been refining since 1993. More than 400,000 educators in all 50 states have been through this training, with content that traces its roots to the work of Dr. Madeline Hunter and Coach John Wooden at UCLA. The content is proven. The materials are done. What we need is the right person standing in front of the room.

This is flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor work built to fit around a full-time job, a family, or a retirement you are actually enjoying. No quotas. No curriculum to write. No business to build from scratch. You bring the classroom experience and the credibility. We bring everything else.

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience

The Fine Print:

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity, not a salaried position. Trainers are paid per event, and earnings vary based on individual effort, experience, availability, and engagement. New trainers complete Time To Teach certification before delivering their first event.
