Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years in preconstruction or PM with a GC.
• Experience with K-12 projects and public-sector bidding.
• Strong budgeting, estimating, scheduling and cost-control skills.
• Ability to review drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction for K-12 projects, including budgets and schedules.
• Develop estimates, budgets, and value engineering recommendations.
• Review drawings and specifications for constructability and cost savings.
• Coordinate with owners, districts, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Navigate public procurement and permitting processes.
• Prepare preconstruction reports and presentations.
