Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement PD nationwide. This is a remote-friendly independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and no quotas. You bring real-world classroom experience and credibility; we handle everything else.

We provide complete, polished, ready-to-deliver materials, trainer certification, and a warm national community of fellow trainers. You decide how much you take on, and earnings vary per event.

Qualifications

• Are a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Want work that fits your life (many of our trainers keep their full-time positions).

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve.
