Qualifications

• Must be a current or retired K-12 educator or related education professional.
• Ability to deliver engaging, research-based professional development.
• Willing to work as an independent contractor (1099).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development that gets rave reviews from teachers because it actually works on Monday morning.
• Help educators strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement using strategies refined over 30+ years.
• Draw on real-world experience to support public, private, and charter schools and districts nationwide.

Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field
