This is flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor work built for educators who love watching other teachers succeed.

You bring the classroom experience and the credibility. We bring three decades of proven content, trainer certification, and a supportive national community of trainers behind you.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teachers, instructional coaches, administrators, or education consultants.
• Comfortable presenting, training, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development that earns rave reviews.
• Strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement using proven strategies.
• Support schools and districts nationwide with real-world experience.
