Job summary

Time To Teach is expanding our national team of trainers and seeks experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This independent contractor role offers flexible, remote-friendly work with no quotas.

You bring classroom credibility; we provide ready-to-deliver materials and certification. Trainers deliver PD to teachers nationwide, drawing on 30+ years of refined strategies and content rooted in Madeline Hunter and Coach John Wooden.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher or educator
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Work that fits your life (many trainers keep full-time positions)

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for educators you serve
