Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training nationwide as independent contractors. This remote-friendly role fits around a full-time job or retirement, with ready-to-deliver materials and a three-day trainer certification delivered virtually.

You will deliver research-based PD, help districts strengthen management and engagement, and represent Time To Teach with professionalism while maintaining flexibility and impact.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teachers, instructional coaches, administrators, principals, professors, counselors, or education consultants.
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners in front of a room.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Help schools strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide using real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion.
