Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training nationwide as independent contractors. You bring classroom credibility; we supply ready-to-deliver materials, certification, and a supportive trainer community.

You'll teach research-based PD designed for immediate use by teachers, with flexible scheduling and no quotas. This role fits around a full-time job or retirement, offering earnings per training event and opportunities to

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher or related role (instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, education consultant).
• Comfortable presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willing to fit work around existing commitments (no quotas).

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with time-tested strategies.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide using real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with professionalism, personality, and passion.
