This independent contractor role is remote-friendly and designed to fit around other commitments, with polished, ready-to-use materials provided for each event.

Qualificações

• Current or retired K-12 educator, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners and thrive in front of a room.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Willing to fit training work around existing full-time commitments.

Time To Teach is growing our national team of trainers, and we are looking for experienced K-12 educators to deliver the classroom management and student engagement training we have been refining since 1993. More than 400,000 educators in all 50 states have been through this training, with content that traces its roots to the work of Dr. Madeline Hunter and Coach John Wooden at UCLA. The content is proven. The materials are done. The missing piece is the right person in front of the room.

This is flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor work built to fit around a full-time job, a family, or a retirement you are actually enjoying. No quotas. No curriculum to write. No business to build from scratch. You bring the classroom experience and the credibility. We bring everything else.

The Fine Print:

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity, not a salaried position. Trainers are paid per event, and earnings vary based on individual effort, experience, availability, and engagement. New trainers complete Time To Teach certification before delivering their first event.
