Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking a Network Administrator to maintain the Culpeper County Public School district's network, including servers, switches, VOIP, HVAC controls, and IP cameras. You will ensure uptime and security across systems and work with district staff to support daily operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco networking, Windows servers (SCCM, Active Directory), and cloud services like Google Admin and Azure.

Qualifications

• Cisco Certified Network Administrator certification desired for current network administration.
• Minimum of three years in a similar network role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent training/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the district's Cisco network and wireless infrastructure including switches and VoIP.
• Manage Windows servers; oversee updates, SCCM and Active Directory.
• Plan and implement server backups and disaster recovery solutions.
• Manage staff and student accounts on Microsoft and Google Apps.
• Administer Google Admin, Azure, Clever and related services.
• Provide on-call support and after-hours maintenance to minimize disruption.
• Support testing events and data collection for HR and administration.
• Collaborate with technology leadership on strategic initiatives.
