This full-time position for the 2026-2027 school year involves creating standards-based curriculum, designing inclusive lessons with technology, assessing progress, and collaborating with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success.

Qualifications

• Maine Department of Education Music Teaching Certification 614 (PK-12) required; Ed Tech II/III considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Classroom experience preferred.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver standards-based music curriculum for general, instrumental, and vocal music.
• Create lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
